Week Rundown! (11/09/14 - 11/15/14)

We got up and attended Sunday worship services. We stopped by the store on the way home and grabbed a few things in preparation for lunch. The afternoon was spent taking naps and playing some games as a family. It had been a while since Lydia and I played Old Maid and Go Fish, so the kids reminded us of the rules. During the evening, we watched a movie before going to bed.

Monday was pretty normal. Malachi and I waited in the car as Mysia had piano lessons after I got off work. At home, I made supper while the kids took their showers. Lydia attended her Zumba class after work. We watched a PBS video on volcanoes and then some America's Funniest Home Videos before bedtime.

On Tuesday, Mysia had a school field-trip to see the Springfield Symphony in concert. She boasted to Malachi that she got to hear them do the Star Wars Theme, making him disappointed that he missed out. For that evening, Lydia had a girls night after work. The kids and I had supper and we played few games after making sure all homework was completed.

After work on Wednesday, we ate a quick supper  and rushed to church to attend our Relational Evangelism class. The kids were ready for bed when we got back home.

We attended our Small Group on Thursday evening. We were on John 21:1-14, describing Jesus' appearance to the disciples for the third time since His resurrection. Like always, our visit was great!

On Friday, Lydia attended a Trim Healthy Mama meeting. She was happy to find more recipes and get encouraged by others on the eating diet. The kids and I enjoyed the evening at home, reading and watching some TV.

On Saturday morning, Lydia attended a business class while the kids and I stayed home and watched cartoons while doing our weekend chores. After lunch, we attended Sesame Street Live and then did some grocery shopping before coming back home for the evening. It was getting cold, and tried to snow. But that winter weather we were praying for was waiting for next week!
